BOARD OF ADVISORS
The Cambria Group’s principals frequently consult with and are advised by the members of its Board of Advisors,
distinguished individuals drawn from the business and investment community. Members assist and advise the firm’s principals on new investment candidates as well as issues in the management of and exit opportunities for the firm’s portfolio companies. Typically, members of the Board of Advisors will invest alongside Cambria’s principals in transactions the firm sponsors.
Current members of the Board of Advisors are:
Bandel L. Carano.
Mr. Carano is a General Partner of Oak Investment Partners, a venture capital firm with over $5 billion under management. With a focus in the technology arena, he has 20 years of experience evaluating investment opportunities and working with management teams and co-investors to build and realize enterprise value. He serves on the boards of numerous private and public companies.
Frederick J. Warren.
Mr. Warren is the founder of Sage Venture Partners and co-founder and former General Partner of Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm with over $750 million under management. He has over 35 years of experience in venture capital and leveraged buyout investing, more recently focusing on consolidating fragmented industries with growth-through-acquisition strategies. He serves on the boards of numerous private and public companies.
